Happy birthday Ruthie, chocolate and raspberry cake.

It is Ruthie's birthday tomorrow so we are making a cake. I do not know how to bake so I made myself in charge of decorations. Melted chocolate and raspberries is what I made. Maddie made the cake so I am not going to talk about how to make that.

Things I used: microwave, greaseproof paper, raspberries, chocolate, a gluten free cake someone else made.


  • Microwave the chocolate slowly on a low heat. Do not want it to burn or separate.
  • Stir it regularly to make sure it is all melted.
  • Place raspberries on greaseproof paper
  • Drizzle the melted chocolate over the raspberries to make it look fancy like you see in those Facebook videos
Fancy raspberries.
  • Place on the cake to make it look cute 
  • Wait until the birthday and surprise.

So hungry but can't be bothered at all. Things I used: potato, egg, season-all, salt pepper, oil, ketchup, frying pan. Heat some oil,  Chop the potato into lots of tiny pieces, add to the pan.  Leave to fry until getting soft, sprinkle with seasoning and salt Keep frying until starts to go a bit crispy,  Put the potato on to the plate,  Put some more oil, then fry the egg.  Yum breakfast.  Fried potato and a fried egg.

I'm back and this time it's peppers

Hiya I am back, Has been a while and i've had a few body wobbles since. Since we last spoke i've been trying out the whole meal plan thing. This week as an extended body wobble I have been looking at low carb recipes which are also handily generally gluten-free I am drunk 3 pints of cider and a glass of small wine and tonight I am making pepper quiches. Using the recipe:  https://www.amummytoo.co.uk/pepper-quiche-cups/# I did it wrong but I am drunk and managed not to hurt myself or burn the house down (so far), I got the milk right, the eggs right... then I didn't grate the cheese I chopped it! Then I didn't read the bit where it told me to put the fillings in the pepper so I had to scoop milky broccoli into peppers, that's fine. The egg milk flowethed over so who knows how that will come out. Sweet and sour veg, feeling fancy.

Went to Aldi, brought some sweet and sour sauce, feeling fancy. Got some fancy veg. Let's do this.  Things I used: onion, pepper, mushrooms, sugar-snap-peas, baby corn, sweet and sour sauce, rice, saucepan, frying pan. Start cooking the rice,  Chop the mushrooms, onion, baby corn and pepper.  Fry the veg, until lovely,  Add the sweet and sour sauce, be nicely surprised that it has some pineapple, and bamboo shoots in.  Leave to heat through and make it go all nice and good.  Put some rice in the bowl, then put some sweet and sour veg on top.  Enjoy its lovey.  Lovely feel the health.  My phone has been dead for a while, so this is why there's been nothing in ages as haven't been able to take good photos, but am back now, not that anyone cares.
